Payment & Returns

PAYMENT All prices stated in our webshop, include 25% danish VAT. Delivery costs will be added to the order. Delivery option to be selected, as part of the checkout procedure.

We accept the following payment options:
– Dankort
– VisaDankort
– Visa
– MasterCard
– MobilePay

We will reserve the order amount on your chosen payment method upon order placement and withdraw the amount, once the order is ready for dispatch. Payment in full is due on all custom made orders at order placement.

We will e-mail your invoice before delivery.

RETURNS We will exchange or refund standard items which you are not happy with, provided they are returned to us in 100% original condition (product & original packaging) within 14 days of receipt. Please ask for proof from your chosen carrier, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or transit damage. Custom made products are not eligible for return.

Delivery charge and/or returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item is received damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt, so we can arrange for a replacement product. In case of receipt of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full, both cost of product & postage as well. In case of non-faulty goods, we will reimburse you for product cost only.
