Alouette

The Michelin star Restaurant Alouette earned their first star in less than a year from the opening date. Københavns Møbelsnedkeri did the interior design with a combination of classic designs in oak and leather and new bespoke tables and velvet sofas. The construction and color of the glass house was inspired by Manhattan Bridge, and maintains an urban feeling while opening the space to fill it with daylight. For the floor we collaborated with Made a Mano to create a new but classic mix of lava stone and oak. It gives the décor a refined elegance, and as everything else in the restaurant, we expect it to become even more beautiful over the years.
