Orders

After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

Prices & Payment

All prices stated in our webshop, include 25% danish VAT. Delivery costs will be added to the order. Delivery option to be selected, as part of the checkout procedure.

We accept the following payment options:
– Dankort
– VisaDankort
– Visa
– MasterCard
– MobilePay

We will reserve the order amount on your chosen payment method upon order placement and withdraw the amount, once the order is ready for dispatch. Payment in full is due on all custom made orders at order placement.

We will e-mail your invoice before delivery.

Shipping

We deliver globally from Denmark. Delivery to EU countries is free of charge. For any other region, the shipping cost will be stated at order placement.

All non-stock products – Despatched within 6 weeks from date of order.
Stocked products – Despatched 1-2 days from date of order.
Stocked products, momentarily out of stock – We will advise you accordingly via e-mail.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 14 days after order receipt. Please notify us about your cancellation by sending an e-mail: kbh@kobenhavns-mobelsnedkeri.com

Note: Custom made products are not eligible for cancellation.

You cannot cancel your order by refusing receipt of the delivery or refrain from collecting at pick up point, without prior notification of your wish to cancel.

Return policy

We will exchange or refund standard items which you are not happy with, provided they are returned to us in 100% original condition (product & original packaging) within 14 days of receipt. Please ask for proof from your chosen carrier, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or transit damage. Custom made products are not eligible for return.

Delivery charge and/or returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item is received damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt, so we can arrange for a replacement product. In case of receipt of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full, both cost of product & postage as well. In case of non-faulty goods, we will reimburse you for product cost only.

Warranty

When you shop at kobenhavns-mobelsnedkeri.com we warrants that products will be free from material defects in design, materials and workmanship. We warrant that upon delivery and for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligent handling, lack of
reasonable maintenance and care, accident or abuse by anyone other than us.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from: (i) normal tear and wear, (ii) accident or other external cause, (iii) incorrect storage, installation, service, maintenance or use, or (iv) repairs or alteration not approved by KBH Købenavns-Møbelsnedkeri.

Disputes

Any dispute that involves Københavns Møbelsnedkeri & KBH Københavns Møbelsnedkeri, will be cleared according to danish laws & regulations with a danish court, unless the danish law prescribes it differently.
